Welcome To ERG Scotland’s Superb Window Range

Do you have a list of things you would like to do to your home this summer? All this warmer weather presents you with the perfect opportunity to enhance the place, and it might involve installing replacement windows.

Heritage Windows

New windows won’t just improve aesthetics, they’ll also increase thermal efficiency and security levels, making you feel safer.

But, you need to be cautious when buying window replacements – the last thing you want is a set of windows that disturb the natural character of the house.

Getting to know some of the most typical window styles will help you make the right choice and avoid any costly mishaps.

ERG Scotland has a phenomenally varied window range. To highlight its eclecticism, here’s a summary of three of the most contrasting window designs we have available.

UPVC Extreme

As you will probably have guessed from its ‘Extreme’ title, a UPVC Extreme window is not your ordinary UPVC window.

We called it ‘Extreme’ because in comparison to the normal UPVC window, this UPVC window delivers the most amazing thermal and security performance.

Supplied with an A+ energy rating as standard, UPVC Extreme windows have full approval of the Police after receiving their Secured by Design accreditation. To earn this accreditation, they had to pass the most intense security tests.

Flush Casement

We love flush casement windows so much that we decided to create our very own flush casements (the ‘Envisage’ range) with our own special spin on them.

What is this spin? Well, we haven’t fiddled with the traditional style of the design, maintaining the trademark lines and proportions of an old flush casement, and using traditional colours and hardware.

The revelation is that the window is crafted from UPVC and not timber, something that you will find difficult to believe when you see how closely is resembles a wooden flush casement window.

Residence 9

‘Envisage’ isn’t our only recreation of a classic window design.

Also using a UPVC profile, ‘Residence 9’ is modelled on a traditional 19th Century flush sash timber window and offers all-round modern window performance.

It is one of only a few hand-picked window designs to be permitted for installation in conservation areas and Listed Buildings as appearance-wise; it could very easily be mistaken for a traditional wood-crafted flush sash timber window.

There’s more to our window range than just the three window designs mentioned above, but we hope reading about them has encouraged you to see what else we have in stock. Pop to our Invergordon showroom for more sensational window styles.
