Can I have a different colour on the inside to the outside?
Yes, in almost all cases you will be able to select a different colour on the inside and outside of your door. Let your imagination run wild and select two contrasting or complementary colours. Why not opt for a neutral white for the external and a bold red for the internal? Speak to an ERG advisor who can check if your colour preferences are possible.

How many keys will I get?
Our doors come with 3 keys as standard. If you would like to request additional keys, we can make that happen.
Can I receive keys that work for both doors? (Suited)
Yes, you can. Please speak to an advisor about this request and they will make sure your keys are suited.
What does Secured by Design mean?
Secured by Design (SBD) is the authorised police security initiative that aims to increase the security of buildings and their environment, making them safer places.
The product-based accredited scheme, referred to as the Police Preferred Specification, ensures there is an official standard for security products to adhere to with the goal of deterring and reducing crime. This applies to windows, doors and their hardware.

What does a 3-star rated door barrel mean?
3-stars is the highest rated door cylinder around! It has been thoroughly tested to ensure it offers enhanced security against break-ins. ERG’s door cylinders are composed of our innovative snap-secure technology with lockdown mode, which works to stop the barrel from being compromised. .
Can French doors fold back completely?
Yes. Our French Doors can be ordered with an egress hinge so that they can be folded back completely, giving you an unobstructed view of the outdoors.
Should I decide on sliding patio doors or bi-folding doors?
Both choices are perfect for creating a seamless entrance to the outdoors from your living space. If an unobstructed view of your garden is a priority, you may be interested to know that bi-folding doors are able to fold back fully when opened. However, as sliding patio doors consist of more slender frames, you can enjoy a more uninterrupted view of the outdoors when the doors are closed.
