SURVEYING
We’ll send out one of our surveying teams to your home to take measurements and ensure that your design is suitable. If any changes are requested or required, they can be discussed at this stage.
If planning permission is needed, the surveyor will gather all the relevant information for the proposals and oversee the application.
PLANNING & BUILDING REGS
The surveyor will complete your planning application form and submit that, along with all the necessary information, to your local council.
Timeframes vary from area to area. You should allow up to 10 weeks for Full Householder Planning Permission and up to 8 weeks for NCS approval.
SCHEDULE OF WORKS
ERG manages the entire project on your behalf. Before the building work is due to start, we will provide you with a complete schedule of work and assign and coordinate your building and fitting teams.
We’ll also discuss power and water requirements at your home, so you always know what’s going on.
BUILDING & INSTALLATION
Your ERG team will go through brick matching options before a brick is laid. Once the building work is completed, then we’ll fit your frames and/or roof.
As we manage the entire process, you can relax in the knowledge that everything is being taken care of.
FINISHING
Once installed, we’ll check that you’re happy with the installation and work to rectify any final snagging.
Then, once everything is signed off, you’re free to enjoy your brand-new living space!
