Once your home improvements project is finished, we’ll issue and date your guarantee certificate.
We’re able to offer a guarantee because our products and designed and manufactured to last – even in the harsh weather of the Highlands! Let’s face it, windows, doors and living spaces are not an everyday purchase. They’re a considerable outlay and at ERG, we’re proud to offer a guarantee that reflects and protects the investment you’re making to your home.
LABOUR & REPAIR
Any associated labour cost with your repair or remedial is covered for an extended period.
Outside this initial period, labour charges may be applicable.
WHAT'S EXCLUDED
If there is a problem, please contact us because you’ll invalidate the guarantee if a third party carries out any repairs or modifications. Also, both accidental and environmental damage to your product isn’t covered.
There are a few additional services that fall outside of the standard cover, including plumbing, plastering and any landscaping. We can provide you with more details of this.
