Design – Communicate all the ideas you have to our designers and tell them how you see yourself using the conservatory as they will listen intently to help ensure all your requirements are fulfilled. It may be useful to take some photographs of where the conservatory will potentially sit and also some measurements so that we can get a firm idea of what needs to be done.

Survey – Any further measurements required will be taken by our surveyors so that they can decipher the positioning of any windows and doors.

Planning Permission – There are occasions when planning permission needs to be obtained before a conservatory installation can proceed. When this is the case, ERG will take care of the necessary planning application and try to obtain it on your behalf.

Installation – ERG provides a definitive installation service, whereas some companies only complete elements of the installation process. Our installation service includes digging the foundations, building the base, constructing the dwarf walls, erecting the frames, roof and fitting the glass. We will keep you fully up-to-date with the progress of the installation.

Build Process – It’s much easier to build a conservatory than a lot of home extensions and it helps that we make very little fuss of constructing conservatories. We’ve lost count of the number of letters received from customers after the installation has been completed telling us how surprised and delighted they were with how fuss-free the project was.

Finishing – Every conservatory we build needs a series of finishing touches until we consider it complete. We provide pretty much all possible finishing touches you can think of including handling any flooring, plastering and electrical requirements. Our last remaining job is to give the inside of the conservatory a good clean so that’s pristine when you come to use it for the first time.

We also produce a number of aluminium woodgrain finishes and they’re brought to life thanks to a method we employ called sublimation.
