We refuse to let lockdown deny our customers the opportunity to improve their homes and have introduced a FREE Online Design Service to help them do it.  

When you have a Wi-Fi connection at home, you can have an online conversation with one of our consultants to advise them of what you’re thinking so they can develop design concepts that meet with your approval. 

If it’s new windows or doors you want, an extension to give yourself more space to relax or anything else in our vast product range, much of the organising can be done now via video-link through your laptop or tablet. There really is no reason to postpone such plans – press on with them!

The software we use for our Virtual Appointments gives us the ability to share screens with you so that you can see the products being digitally built before your very eyes as you pass on your instructions, from the comfort of home. 

Because we can’t come and do a survey at this present moment in time, you may be asked to take some measurements and photographs for us. It’s not at all tricky to do and you will be given clear instructions of what is necessary. More thorough measurements can always be taken by our team at a later date. 

During the discussion, you will also be told about our finance options, just in case you need an easy payment plan to secure a product.
